He has <br />conducted over 80 Security Risk Assessments Design Reviews and has <br />worked with Architectural and Engineering Firms to develop security <br />requirements and design specifications. Frank has acted as a quality assurance agent <br />during the project management efforts associated with FPSC construction and retrofit <br />projects. Any augmentee personnel assigned to this project will be employees <br />of CTCH or FPSC. Personnel augmentee’s will be approved by OC prior to personnel <br />changes.
