Scope of Work <br />Overview: <br />Recommend to replace the Condenser Coil on Chiller 1. Please note this proposal is for labor and the Crane. <br />Customer is to provide the Condenser Coil and Refrigerant. <br />Inclusions: <br />•Arrive and check in with POC <br />•LOTO main shut off for Chiller 1 <br />•Recover refrigerant <br />•Use crane service to lift and remove existing Condenser coil <br />•Use crane service to raise and install new Condenser coil <br />•Perform leak inspection, vacuum to 500 microns, and recharge system <br />•Verify operation of Chiller 1 <br />•Clean material and trash from site after repairs <br />Exclusions: <br />•Overtime unless stated otherwise above <br />•Engineered drawings and permitting 3rdparty inspections if required <br />•Work by other trades unless specifically mentioned above including but not limited to electrical, sprinkler, fire <br />alarm, carpentry, masonry, coring, fire proofing, roofing / sealing, patching and / or painting, etc. <br />•Cleaning beyond basic housekeeping <br />•Any items not mentioned in the inclusions above <br />Sell Price <br />Total Quote Price - Sales Tax Not Included $8,124.44 <br />This price is firm for 30 days from the date of this proposal. <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 8DF6B08D-1A16-4CDB-9AFA-FF01331AAF60
