There were a few important questions mised by citizens <br /> and the BOCC that have bean addressed by the attached attorney letters. <br /> Specmcally,the questions pertained to: <br /> 1) Status of Joint Planning Ama (JPA) process if project is annexed prior to process, <br /> 2) Process for Sale Of Property Owned by UNC which is an adjacent tract to the proposed <br /> Winmore project. <br /> Project size and scope has been included in the project overview as well as a summary repel Of <br /> test amendments. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: None at this time. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board review the information <br /> presented and provide direction to staff as necessary. <br />
