We are counting households, not individuals. Data is for head of household.
2. In FY22, a total of 51 individuals were served across 23 households. Average household income was
$28,051 or 38% AMI. More than half of households had a disability present, and 6 households
included veterans.
3. Over the past few years there has been an intentional shift in Home Preservation program strategy in
response to community need. This new strategy involves larger scale and more numerous repairs per
house. In FY22 we completed 49 repair projects (an average of 2 per home) and invested an average
of $5,862 in each home. This updated strategy is informed by conversations that have taken place
among local government staff and repair service providers in the Orange County Home Preservation
Coalition regarding the goal to provide more comprehensive repairs on each home.
12. Cost Per Individual
This cost per individual must reflect the total program budget divided by the total number of program
individuals in this application.

Actual 2021-2022 Projected 2022-2023 Projected 2023-2024
Total Cost of Program $303,279 $356,310 $390,376
Total # of Individuals 23 28 38
Cost Per Individual $13,186 $12,725 $10,273

Note: Consistent with the Target Population chart above, this table calculates Cost Per Household
rather than Cost Per Individual served.
DocuSign Envelope ID: E44C92A1-0C4A-4EAB-9562-32C3B79C7494
