We really as a board have not talked very much about if this will preserve the community and rural character of <br /> 1593 this parcel or this neighborhood . Mary' s , I would be very concerned . I am hearing a lot of <br /> 1605 serious issues from these people . I also have a great deal of respect for Jim Parker and what he has done and is trying <br /> 1606 to do . So I have mixed feelings about it and I have been right on that edge . Up until tonight when I couldn 't think of a <br /> 1607 reason not to . What you just commented about the rural atmosphere , it affects all of us . What is the nature of our <br /> 1608 community , you are putting a large block of property and are completely surrounded by neighbors . That was part of why 1 <br /> 1609 was asking Mr. Parker earlier about the question of if you put a school in , is there some sort of compensation . Long term , <br /> 1610 that type of solution may increase their property values but that is a hypothetical , so I have mixed feelings .
