Or would they 1436 remain a private parking lot given that they are on a separate parcel . 1437 1438 Jim Parker : They are going to co -exist together, I ' m sure that if the capacity of the parking for the fields is not enough 1439 that sharing parking is a great option but that would be up to the school if they chose to do that . This is about a piece of property with a school on it . It could be 1458 any kind of school on this site . If it is a private school then the developer has rights about who is allowed to go into that 1459 school , right? 1460 1461 Patrick Byker: If for some reason this became a site for Durham Academy , then that private school admission process by 1462 law prohibits discrimination . 1463 1464 Statler Gilfillen : If this were a private school , unlike a charter school then all of the neighbors and immediate property 1465 owners around this property , that school could offer special compensation to them if they had children who wanted to 1466 come there and could walk there .
