<br /> 40 recommendation to the BOCC on an applicant- initiated zoning atlas amendment to rezone an 84 . 9

<br /> 49 John Pelphrey , Orange Tennis Club , spoke about the need for more tennis and pickleball courts in Orange County .

<br /> 51 Patrick Byker submitted to the Planning Board , a petition with approximately 200 signatures gathered by Mr. Pelphrey .
