Hammill has applied to serve as an ETJ representative on the Canbom Planning <br /> Board. He recently completed a term as the Orange County ETJ representative on the Canbom <br /> Board of Adjustment. <br /> The Town of Carrboro has recommended him by Resolution to fill the ETJ seat on the Canbom <br /> Planning Board. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br /> RECOMMENDATION(5): Consider appointing Mr. Frank R. Hammill as an ETJ representative <br /> on the Carrboro Planning Board for a term to expire February 28, 2004. <br />
