Marty Mandell's tens will expire on 6130/2002 on the Agricultural <br /> Preservation Boartl. She is eligible to serve two more terms and wishes to continue on the <br /> Board. <br /> There are two At-Large vacancies and five individuals on the interest list. Members are <br /> selected and appointed for this particular Board by the Board of County Commissioners. <br /> Note: There are also two vacant positions for Perpetual Voluntary Agricultural District Members <br /> because Josephine and Stewart Barbour and Bob Nutter do not choose to participate. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): Reappoint Marty Mandell W a first full term on the Agricultural <br /> Preservation Board for a term to expire on June 30, 2005 and, if the Board chooses to do so, <br /> appoint two new members <br />
