21 <br /> Slide #17 <br /> Issues Addressed <br /> o NCDOT will do an Environmental Impact Analysis (EIA) as required by <br /> NEPA after the project is programmed in the STIR SPOT is used to <br /> secure funding and possibility of programming <br /> (cam mitmentfd evelop ment). <br /> o Septic and Wells—NCDOT currently owns 120'ROW and all are already <br /> addressed. None are impacted if kept in existing ROW.
