1 <br /> APPROVED 11/2/23 <br /> MINUTES <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> WORK SESSION —STRATEGIC PLAN <br /> September 21, 2023 <br /> 9:00 a.m. <br /> The Orange County Board of Commissioners met for a Work Session on the Strategic Plan on <br /> Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at the Solid Waste Management Facility in Chapel <br /> Hill, NC. <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair Jamezetta Bedford and Commissioners Amy <br /> Fowler, Sally Greene, Jean Hamilton, Phyllis Portie-Ascott, and Anna Richards <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Vice-Chair Earl McKee <br /> COUNTY ATTORNEYS PRESENT: John Roberts <br /> COUNTY STAFF PRESENT: County Manager Bonnie Hammersley, Deputy County Manager <br /> Travis Myren, and Clerk to the Board Laura Jensen.
