A
few years ago there was a petition regarding the Booker Creek trail and I was able to not only
sign the position but attend community meetings regarding the future of said trail. Being able to
participate in the Civic process was I opening and I want to be able to give back to the
community and when I live.
How would your particpation on this board contribute to the diversity of viewpoints?
I don t know of the current makeup of the board, but I bring a unique viewpoint that recognizes
otherness as a daily struggle and work to make equity and justice centered approaches the
dominant version.
Do you have any personal or business interest(s) that could create a conflict of interest
(either real or perceived) if you are appointed to this board?
