The following describes <br /> several of the State, regional, and local policies that precede and form a foundation for <br /> the County's Plan. <br /> STATE GUIDANCE <br /> North Carolina Executive Order NO. 80 aligns the State to the 2015 Paris Agreement <br /> and the United States Climate Agreement.
