He said he supports continuing to have this 9 recommendation. He said that he does not always agree with them, but he can use their expertise 10 to inform his decisions. 11 Commissioner Portie-Ascott asked how long this process has been in place. 12 Cy Stober said this was adopted in 2011, and he's unaware of an amendment. He said 13 the UDO was adopted then, but this policy predates it. 14 John Roberts said it was well before 2011. 15 Commissioner Portie-Ascott said she values those who have expertise in land use and 16 development, so she likes the idea of receiving the analysis. She said she would like something 17 in addition to the analysis as well and she would like to see the recommendation as well.
