Beth Bronson: Thank you. And I guess this is, could be engineer or conceptual related, but I didn't see any indication of
a fence, any indication of, besides the signage on the northeast and the southeast side, having signage, or not just
having signage, no fencing at all. Nothing, no delineation between property barriers, I guess. Is that correct?

Ryan Moffitt: I can be corrected, but in all the conversations we've had, that hasn't been contemplated, and based on
my understanding, that's because we want to leave as much of what's there as undisturbed as possible. And, you
know, so we don't have to clear to put fence in. We're not, we'd rather not clear to put fence in.

Bobby Tucker: Chain-link fence OWASA.

Ryan Moffitt: OWASA is fenced along

Beth Bronson: OWASA does have fencing?

Ryan Moffitt: Yeah.

Beth Bronson: Existing already?

Ryan Moffitt: Yeah.

Beth Bronson: And they have no trespassing, I'm sure.

Ryan Moffitt: Yeah.

Beth Bronson: Or entranceways. But, yeah, there's no talk of extending a fence down to that corner where OWASA,
Pluck Farm, and your property conjoin? Like in that area, I guess, would be my only concern of safety wise of having,
you know, if you're going to have people coming and staying there, you know, one night at a time, versus people who
know the property very well, you know, wanting to make sure that, I guess, safety, safety wise that you don't have
people wandering around into the reservoir or wandering back and forth between the business and the camp. So I just
didn't know if that had been discussed or not or if, like, insurance on either, like, considered.

Rebecca Sorenson: A little bit, but I guess. I did go over and meet with Johnny and the crew over at OWASA and the
conversation that came up was that we could talk more about fencing as we get further along in development. He also
said that the largest population of trespassers that come into the Cane Creek Reservoir are not people from Pluck Farm
or, they're all, like, people who live there who always are, like, oh, but I live here. And he's like, yes, but it's still a
private reservoir. And so, a fence on our property at that, in that conversation, isn't going to keep people who live on
the other side of it out of Cane Creek Reservoir. So, it's something that we want to think about. Because of the
population that we're serving, we want to make sure that there is, like, a parameter that's maybe visual for them to see.
We just haven't gotten that far into the conversation yet.

Beth Bronson: Agreed.

Beth Bronson: And, yeah, and I agree, you know, not disturbing, you know, the existing foliage might help with having a
natural fenced in area.

Rebecca Sorenson: That's what we would love to see.

Beth Bronson: But if you are going those 400 feet right there encroaching in that 30-foot setback, you are going to come
up against a way to go directly from one property to the next. That's just a consideration I was thinking about.
