EXHIBIT “B” Scope of Services – FY 2023-24 Outside Agency Performance Agreement Agency Name: Historic Hillsborough Commission, Inc. Program Name: Burwell School Historic Site: Visitor Safety & Services Funding Award: $12,000.00 Outline how the agency will spend Orange County’s funding award. Program Services Outline the critical services (activities) the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes below, by June 30, 2024. •Maintain the Burwell School Historic Site for the benefit of visiting Orange County residents & others. •Provide researched information, as well as free historical tours of the Burwell School Historic Site with attention paid to relevant aspects of womens' education and history, as well as the lives of all residents during the 19th Century, including persons of color. •Further promote the town, the county, and the Burwell School Historic Site through increased engagement and coordinatrion with partner agencies, such as the Alliance for Historic Hillsborough and the Orange County Historical Museum Anticipated Outcomes The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange County, only (all Towns and municipalities). If you use percentages, you must also provide the total number of participants within that measure’s description or for an earlier performance measure. Performance Measures Anticipated Results Site interior and grounds will be maintained for the safe access, comfort, and security of all our annual visitors during FY24.
