The property subject to <br /> the Special Use Permit is described above and shown on the site plan drawings 42,4, 5,9.13 <br /> dated September 20.2000 by Steven S. Whin,NC Professional Engineer and landscape mowing <br /> 915 dated December 5,2000. The property,owned by Orange Water and Sewer Authority and <br /> American Stone Company,is approved for a quarry to be used by American Stone Company <br /> until December]h 2030 at the later. Ater me termination of the quarrying operations Orange <br /> Water and Sewer Authority will convert the site into a water reservoir.The terms herein <br /> command are binding on the present owners and lessees and their successors in title and in <br /> interest until such time es the project herein described or the conditions herein are otherwise <br /> changed by government action. <br /> The quarrying and reservoir operations shall be carried out or concocted in accordance with the <br /> Site Plans and all commitments contained in the nmrpose statement of the project all of which <br /> am incorporated herein and made a part of this Special Use Permit. Copies ofthe site plans and <br /> supporting documentation are on file in the Orange County Planning and inspections <br /> Department. Mean sea level elevmion shall <br /> be determined a the wells,and water levels shall he measured weakly in relation to mean sea <br /> level The results ofthemeasurements shall be sdammumlyto the Planning Department by <br /> the last day of February each year. OWASA will analyze the quality of the water from the <br /> well on TM 7..112..11A upon the request of any adjacent property owner. <br /> 2. Applicants shall not use the access easement to SR 1103 (Io.Mac Road)described in the <br /> ded to the TM 6.28.AA for removal of overburden of access for marks to the extraction site. <br /> 3. No extraction shall onto place within 300'of a residence or public land. if a residence is <br /> built within 300'ofine extraction site,a frnce shall be constructed on thm edge of the site by <br /> American Stone Company or OWASA. <br />
