Sanders). He works in landscaping. <br />c) CEF has incorporated into our By-Laws the requirement that at least one former or <br />current beneficiary (Member) of our program serve on the Board of Directors at all <br />times. Currently, two Members serve on the Board of Directors. These members of the <br />Board of Directors provide invaluable advice based on their particular experiences <br />working with the organization directly, and like all members of the Board of Directors, <br />sign an annual conflict of interest disclosure outlining any potential conflicts that may <br />arise based on their dual relationship with the organization. Although these Board <br />Members will not benefit financially from this proposal, they may receive services that are <br />funded through the proposal. <br /> <br />NON-DISCRIMINATION <br />Provider agrees as part of consideration of the granting of funds by funding agencies to <br />the parties hereto for themselves, their agents, officials, employees and servants agree <br />not to discriminate in any manner of these basis of race, color, gender, national origin, <br />age, handicap, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, familial status or <br />veterans status with reference to any activities carried out by the grantee, no matter <br />how remote. The parties hereto further agree in all respects to conform to the provision <br />and intent of Orange County Civil Rights Ordinance, as amended and the Orange <br />County Anti-discrimination Policy.
