The document has been duly authorized by the <br />governing board of the applicant. <br /> <br />CEF will use funds from the Town of Carrboro, Town of Chapel Hill, and Orange <br />County to support the salary and benefits for Advocate Program staff, including the <br />Advocate Program Coordinator and Member Services Coordinator.
