Maintain HUD agency certification Two HUD counselors will maintain all required <br />documentation and reporting <br /> <br />Provide maintenance assessments to <br />homeowners to help them budget and plan <br />for upcoming repairs <br />Four assessments will be provided to <br />homeowners <br />Build community within various CHT <br />neighborhoods <br />Facilitate 2 homeowner and 3 Landings activities <br />to encourage community involvement and <br />neighbor-to-neighbor relationships. <br />Encourage resident participation within their <br />respective communities, such as HOA boards <br />CHT’s goal is that 50% of all HOA boards in CHT <br />communities will have at least 1 CHT homeowner <br />sitting on the board. <br />Continue to provide 1-1 financial counseling, <br />workshops, and youth financial literacy <br />programs for homeowners, tenants, and <br />community members <br />Facilitate 4 financial workshops and 20 1-1- <br />counseling sessions.
