7 <br /> <br />E2 Ac�on Plan <br />In this task, the Consultant will develop an ac�on plan that outlines the steps of data collec�on, �meline of update, and <br />iden�fy poten�al funding sources required to realize the proposed connec�vity improvements. This ac�on plan will <br />highlight coordina�on efforts between different jurisdic�ons, poten�al partnerships with relevant agencies, and strategies <br />to engage the community in the implementa�on process. The Consultant will present the dra� ac�on plan to the Client <br />and the CTT and based on their comments, will revise the ac�on plan up to two (2) �mes. <br />E3 Final Report and Map Update <br />The en�re endeavor that the Consultant, the Client, and the CTT members undertake throughout this project will <br />culminate into a final report document at the final leg of this project. As a part of this report, we will deliver a final table of <br />projects, a map of adopted projects and recommenda�ons made as a part of this study, writeup on project methodology, <br />and deliverables from each task as appropriate. The Consultant will present the final dra� to the Client and CTT and make <br />the requisite changes (up to two (2) �mes) based on their comments before finalizing the report. <br />Our team will update the map and table created in Task B3 and include the addi�onal projects and other changes <br />iden�fied in the final report. <br />The shapefile and table created at the end of this project will form the basis for developing an interac�ve web-based map <br />as a part of the Orange County Transporta�on Dashboard.
