WEBSITE USER INTERCEPT SURVEY <br />A sample of surveys will be collected from visitors entering the website (including mobile <br />visitors). A java -based survey invitation will be presented on the bottom right of the page <br />(or bottom of screen for mobile), shortly after the webpage loads. Ideally, the survey will <br />be presented to all or nearly all website users. The survey will collect the following key <br />information: <br />•Reason for website visit —Are they a potential visitor? What are they looking for? <br />•Current Point in Travel Planning —Have they already decided to visit? <br />•Satisfaction – How satisfied are they with the site experience <br />•Reasons for Travel —Leisure, business, etc <br />Destination Analysts will provide the Javascript code, which the DMO/partner agency is <br />responsible for installing on the site. <br />Important Note: Prior to beginning the study, it will be important for Destination Analysts to <br />know the estimated site traffic to your website and the estimated proportion of website users <br />who are local residents vs. non -local residents. <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 8DB30DA7-6309-4434-9C5C-7A279259A00C
