How will you <br />evaluate the success <br />of the program? <br />Success of the program will be measured in terms of achievement of the <br />program goals. <br />Goal #1: Bring the work of a contemporary tapper to the local community. <br />The metric of success for this first goal is attendance at the community <br />performance. This goal will be achieved if the performance sells 75% or <br />more of the seating capacity or reaches an audience of 200+ (depending <br />on the size of the performance venue). To better understand our reach, we <br />would like to include an audience survey to learn more about audience <br />demographics and best practice advertising and promotion channels. <br />Goal #2: Expand the Footnotes repertoire. This goal will be measured by <br />the proportion of the company who have learned the new choreography <br />and are capable of teaching what they have learned to future Footnotes <br />dancers. W e will also gauge audience response to the new piece. <br />Goal #3: Support the dance and local music communities. Success of this <br />goal will be determined by the involvement of non-Footnotes dancers and <br />local musicians in the performance and as audience members. The <br />audience survey would include questions to ascertain the number and <br />types of dancers and musicians who have come to see the performance <br />and whether audience members have learned about the performance <br />through local dance and music channels (studios, social media, local <br />interest groups, etc). <br />PROJECT/PROGRAM <br />BUDGET <br />Please fill out the charts below with your project's expenses and income. <br />Use the "Explanation" box to offer details for each category.
