For each multicultural <br />artist you intend to <br />hire, please list their <br />name, race, and how <br />much you plan to pay <br />them. <br />Several of our guest artist/choreographer options are multicultural, <br />including Michael J Love (Black/African American), Chris Broughton <br />(Black/African American), and Starinah "Star" Dixon (Black/African <br />American). W e have allocated $2600 for payment to the guest <br />artist/choreographer. <br />The Adam Price Group artist composition varies. Our most recent <br />collaboration included drummer Theous Jones who is Black/African <br />American. W e have allocated $1650 total for the Adam Price Group. <br />How will the <br />project/program be <br />publicized and <br />promoted to reach <br />intended <br />participants? <br />W e plan to follow a similar advertising and promotion plan to what we used <br />for our highly successful 20th anniversary show held in September 2022 at <br />the ArtsCenter in Carrboro, which included: <br />--Promotional postcards sent to approximately 400 addresses on our <br />mailing list; <br />--Listing on our company website (footnotestapensemble.org) and <br />promotion on our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) as well as <br />mentions in local tap- and dance-related Facebook groups; <br />--Advertising and marketing opportunities provided by the venue such as <br />listing on the venue’s website under upcoming events and postings on the <br />venue’s social media; <br />--Inclusion in studio newsletters and email lists and distribution of physical <br />flyers and postcards through our home dance studio (Ballet School of <br />Chapel Hill) as well as dance studios affiliated with Footnotes dancers <br />(several dancers are also teachers or studio owners); <br />--Distribution of physical flyers and postcards around local businesses and <br />universities and posting of sign boards in Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Durham, <br />Cary, and Raleigh; <br />--Direct email promotion within our alumni and friends/family network; and <br />--Mentions in social media by the guest artist/choreographer and <br />musicians, with advertisement and promotion through their personal <br />networks of artists and patrons <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: EF1143BC-A16C-4CBC-9A67-8394E5952E55
