Actions raqueatetl herein are pursuant to that statute. <br /> Phillip Walker Auction Service of Hillsborough, North Carolina will conduct the suction for a fee <br /> of 5%of total proceeds. <br /> Pursuant to statute, a notice of the Auction will be published In the newspaperthirty days prior <br /> to the date of the sale. In addition to the legally required advertisement,the sale will be <br /> publicized as follows: <br /> • General advertisement in the Durham, Chapel Hill and Hillsborough newspapers. <br /> Advertisements will appear in the Sunday paper one-week prior to the sale and will provide <br /> a complete listing of items. A reminder ad will appear in the Durham and Chapel Hill <br /> Newspapers on Friday, July 12,2002 and Saturday July 13,2002; and <br /> • Information will be included on the County'S web-ske; and <br />
