Certified by: _______________________ Title: ___Chief Creative Officer________ Date: 9/15/2023 <br /> (Provider’s Signature) <br /> <br /> <br />EXHIBIT “B” <br /> <br />Scope of Services – FY 2023-24 <br />Outside Agency Performance Agreement <br /> <br />Agency Name: Chapel Hill-Carrboro Children's Museum dba KIDZU <br />Program Name: KIDZU FOR ALL <br />Funding Award: $15,289 (Visitor's Bureau) <br />Outline how the agency will spend Orange County’s funding award. <br /> <br />Program Services <br />Outline the critical services (activities) the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes below, by June 30, 2024. <br />● Kidzu will offer free organizational memberships and camp scholarships to community groups, <br />demonstrating need in Orange County’s families and caregivers with children. <br />● Kidzu will offer reduced ticket rates for EBT/SNAP recipients through our participation in <br />Museums for All, an Institute of Museum and Library Services initiative (IMLS) for Orange <br />County's children. <br />● Multilingual/multicultural programs and activities developed in coordination with local <br />organizations, e.g., El Centro and the Refugee Support Center will ensure we provide culturally <br />competent literature and programming. <br /> <br />Anticipated Outcomes <br />The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange <br />County, only (all Towns and municipalities).
