(n) Section and Paragraph Headings. Section and paragraph headings are for <br />purposes of identification only and are not to be deemed provisions of this Agreement or in any <br />way to alter the contents of the sections or paragraphs they head. <br />(o) Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which is <br />deemed an original, but all of which together are deemed to be one and the same agreement. A <br />signed copy of this Agreement delivered by facsimile, email, or other means of electronic <br />transmission is deemed to have the same legal effect as delivery of an original signed copy of this <br />Agreement. <br />(p) Jury Trial Waiver.
