The following provision is added to SECTION II - <br />WHO IS AN INSURED <br />1. Any person(s) or organization(s) (referred to <br />below as additional insured) you are <br />required in a written contract or agreement to <br />specifically name as an additional insured for <br />the products-completed operations hazard. <br />A general obligation to name a person or <br />organization as an additional insured on any <br />policy of insurance (including those providing <br />coverage for the products-completed <br />operations hazard) will be deemed to extend <br />only to your ongoing operations for that <br />person or organization. An additional insured <br />for the products-completed operation hazard <br />is only an additional insured with respect to <br />liability for bodily injury or property <br />damage: (1) caused, in whole or in part, by <br />your work at the location or project <br />designated and described in the contract or <br />agreement; (2) performed for that additional <br />insured; and (3) included in the products- <br />completed operations hazard. <br />A persons or organizations status as an <br />additional insured under this endorsement <br />ends when the obligation to provide additional <br />insured status for the products-completed <br />operations hazard in the written contract or <br />agreement ends; or if no specific date or time <br />period is included in the written contract or <br />agreement, coverage will be extended for one <br />year from the date your work is deemed <br />complete under the definition of products- <br />completed operations hazard. <br />However, <br />1.The insurance afforded to such additional <br />insured only applies to the extent permitted <br />by law; and <br />2.If coverage provided to the additional insured <br />is required by a contract or agreement, the <br />insurance afforded to such additional insured <br />will not be broader than that which you are <br />required by the contract or agreement to <br />provide for such additional insured. <br />B. With respect to insurance afforded to these <br />additional insureds, the following additional <br />exclusions apply: <br />This insurance does not apply to bodily injury or <br />property damage arising out of the rendering of, <br />or the failure to render, any professional <br />architectural, engineering or surveying services, <br />including: <br />1. The preparing, approving, or failing to prepare <br />or approve, maps, shop drawings, opinions, <br />reports, surveys, field orders, change orders <br />or drawings, designs and specifications; and <br />2.
