Fellow Employee Extension <br />Under Section II- Who Is An Insured, <br />Paragraphs 2.a. and 2.a.(1) are replaced by <br />the following: <br /> <br /> 2. Each of the following is also an insured: <br /> a. Your “volunteer workers” only while performing <br />duties related to the conduct of your business, <br />or your “employees”, other than either your <br />“executive officers” (if you are an organization <br />other than a partnership, joint venture or limited <br />liability company) or your managers (if you are <br />a limited liability company), but only for acts <br />within the scope of their employment by you or <br />while performing duties related to the conduct <br />of your business. However, none of these <br />“employees” or “volunteer workers” are <br />insureds for: <br /> (1) “Bodily injury” or “personal and advertising <br />injury”: <br /> (a) Arising out of his or her providing or <br />failing to provide professional health care <br />services. <br /> <br />With respect to this provision only, Subparagraph (1) <br />of Exclusion 2.e. Employers Liability under <br />Section I Coverages, Coverage A.-Bodily Injury <br />and Property Damage Liability does not apply. <br /> <br />XXI. Medical Payments <br /> <br />a) The Medical Expense Limit in Paragraph 7. <br />Of Section III-Limits of Insurance is <br />replaced by a new Medical Expense Limit, <br />which will be subject to all the terms of <br />Section III- Limits of Insurance. If the <br />Medical Expense Limit provided by the <br />coverage part is $10,000, the new Medical <br />Expense Limit is increased to $20,000. <br /> <br />b) This coverage does not apply if Coverage C- <br />Medical Payments is excluded either by the <br />provisions of any coverage forms attached to <br />the policy or by endorsement. <br /> <br />XXII. Damage To Premises Rented To You <br /> <br />a. Under Section I-Coverages, Coverage A <br />Bodily Injury And Property Damage <br />Liability, Exclusion j. Damage To Property, <br />the number of rental days is amended from a <br />period of seven or fewer consecutive days to a <br />period of ten or fewer consecutive days. <br /> <br />b. Under Section I-Coverages, Coverage A <br />Bodily Injury And Property Damage <br />Liability, the last paragraph of 2. Exclusions <br />is replaced with: <br /> <br />If Damage to Premises Rented To You is <br />not otherwise excluded, Exclusions c. <br />through n. do not apply to damage by fire, <br />lightning, explosion, smoke, or sprinkler <br />leakage to premises while rented to you or <br />temporarily occupied by you with <br />permission of the owner. A separate limit <br />of insurance applies to this coverage as <br />described in Section III-Limits Of <br />Insurance. <br /> <br />c. Under Section III- Limits Of Insurance, <br />Paragraph 6. Is replaced with: <br />6. Subject to 5. above, the Damage To <br />Premises Rented to You Limit is the most <br />we will pay under Coverage A for damages <br />because of “property damage” to any one <br />premises, while rented to you, or in the case <br />of damage by fire, lightning, explosion, <br />smoke, or sprinkler leakage, while rented to <br />you or temporarily occupied by you with <br />permission of the owner. <br /> <br />d. Under Section IV- Commercial General <br />Liability Conditions, Condition 4. Other <br />Insurance, b. Excess Insurance (1) (a) (ii) is <br />replaced with: <br /> (ii) That is Fire, Lightning, Explosion, <br />Smoke, or Sprinkler Leakage insurance <br />for premises rented to you or temporarily <br />occupied by you with permission of the <br />owner. <br />e. Under Section V-Definitions, paragraph a. of <br />Definition 9. “insured contract” is deleted and <br />replaced with: <br />a.
