The Grantor of Franchise when you and <br />such person or organization have agreed <br />in writing in a contract or agreement that <br />such person or organization be added as <br />an additional insured on your policy. Such <br />person or organization is an insured only <br />with respect to their liability as grantor of a <br />franchise to you. <br /> <br />However, <br /> <br />1. The insurance afforded to such <br />additional insured only applies to the <br />extent permitted by law; and <br /> <br />2. If coverage provided to the additional <br />insured is required by a contract or <br />agreement, the insurance afforded to <br />such additional insured will not be <br />broader than that which you are <br />required by the contract or agreement <br />to provide for such additional insured. <br /> <br />A person’s or organization’s status as an <br />additional insured under this insurance <br />ends when their contract or agreement <br />with you for such franchise ends. <br /> <br />c. The Manager or Lessor of premises <br />when you and such person or organization <br />have agreed in writing in a contract or <br />agreement that such person or <br />organization be added as an additional <br />insured on your policy. Such person or <br />organization is an insured only with <br />respect to liability arising out of the <br />ownership, maintenance or use of that <br />part of the premises leased to you. <br /> <br />A person’s or organization’s status as an <br />additional insured under this insurance <br />ends when their contract or agreement <br />with you for such leased premises ends. <br /> <br />This insurance does not apply to: <br /> <br />(1) Any “occurrence” which takes place <br />after you cease to be a tenant in that <br />premises. <br /> <br />(2) Structural alterations, new <br />construction or demolition operations <br />performed by or on behalf of the <br />manager or lessor of premises. <br /> <br />However, <br /> <br />1. The insurance afforded to such <br />additional insured only applies to <br />the extent permitted by law; and <br /> <br />2. If coverage provided to the <br />additional insured is required by a <br />contract or agreement, the <br />insurance afforded to such <br />additional insured will not be <br />broader than that which you are <br />required by the contract or <br />agreement to provide for such <br />additional insured. <br /> <br />d. The Mortgagee, Assignee, or Receiver <br />when you and such person or organization <br />have agreed in writing in a contract or <br />agreement that such person or <br />organization be added as an additional <br />insured on your policy. Such person or <br />organization is an insured only with <br />respect to their liability as mortgagee, <br />assignee, or receiver and arising out of the <br />ownership, maintenance or use of the <br />premises by you. <br /> <br />However, <br /> <br />1. The insurance afforded to such <br />additional insured only applies to the <br />extent permitted by law; and <br />2.
