CY330057 0323 <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />INVOICE MANIPULATION <br /> <br />In consideration of the premium paid for this Policy, it is hereby understood and agreed that: <br /> <br />1. The aggregate sublimit applicable to all loss under this endorsement is $250,000. <br /> <br />2. The Retention applicable to each incident, event, or related incidents or events, giving rise to an <br />obligation to pay loss under this endorsement shall be USD $50,000. <br /> <br />3. COVERAGE FOR THE INSURED’S DIRECT LOSS is amended to include: <br /> <br /> Invoice Manipulation <br /> <br />To indemnify the Company for Direct Net Loss resulting directly from the Company’s inability to <br />collect Payment for any goods, products or services after such goods, products or services have <br />been transferred to a Third Party, as a result of Invoice Manipulation that the Insured first <br />discovers during the Policy Period. <br /> <br />4. Definitions is amended to include: <br /> <br />Direct Net Loss means the direct net cost to the Company to provide goods, products or services <br />to a Third Party. Direct Net Loss will not include any profit to the Company as a result of providing <br />such goods, products or services. <br /> <br />Invoice Manipulation means the release or distribution of any fraudulent invoice or fraudulent <br />payment instruction to a Third Party as a direct result of a Cyber Attack. <br /> <br />Payment means currency, coins or bank notes in current use and having a face value. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />All other terms and conditions of this Policy remain unchanged. <br /> <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: ED55B3D5-BAD0-45B4-977B-F09C4091C16A
