CY330066 0423 Page 1 of 1 <br />AMEND LEGISLATIVE EXCLUSION (FCRA) <br /> <br />In consideration of the premium paid for this Policy, it is hereby understood and agreed that the Legislative <br />exclusion is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: <br /> <br />Legislative <br /> <br />any actual, alleged or suspected violations of: <br /> <br />(A) the Employment Retirement Income Securities Act of 1974; <br /> <br />(B) the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act of 1961; <br /> <br />(C) the False Claims Act (31 U.S.C. §§ 3729-3733); or <br /> <br />(D) statutes, ordinances, regulations or laws regarding or relating to unsolicited marketing <br />activities, including but not limited to Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (TCPA) <br />and Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 (CAN- <br />SPAM Act); <br /> <br />(E) the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA); or <br /> <br />(F) the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA); <br /> <br />(G) statutes, ordinances, regulations or laws regarding or relating to antitrust violations, <br />restraint of trade, price fixing, or unfair competition (except as provided in the Media <br />Liability insuring agreement), including but not limited to the Sherman Antitru st Act, the <br />Clayton Act, the Robinson-Patman Act; <br /> <br />and including (i) any rules or regulations promulgated thereunder, and (ii) any similar statutes, <br />ordinances or regulations; provided, however, that subsection (F) of this exclusion will not apply to <br />Loss as a direct result of a Cyber Event. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: ED55B3D5-BAD0-45B4-977B-F09C4091C16A
