Associated Industries Insurance Company, Inc. <br /> 800 Superior Avenue <br /> Cleveland, OH 44114 <br />CYS 0122 11 <br />Period of Restoration means the period listed in Item 7. of the Declarations that begins when the <br />Business Interruption first occurs. <br />Personally Identifiable Information means any personal data controlled or processed by the Insured that <br />is subject to protection by any Data Protection Legislation. <br />Policyholder means the entity listed in Item 1. of the Declarations. <br />Policy Period means the period of time listed in Item 2. of the Declarations. <br />Privacy Breach means any actual, alleged or suspected: <br />(A) loss, theft, or unauthorized or negligent disclosure, dissemination, disposal, or loss of operational <br />control of any Personally Identifiable Information or Confidential Information; <br />(B) unauthorized access to or use of Personally Identifiable Information or Confidential Information in <br />the Company Computer System; or <br />(C) violation of any Data Protection Legislation. <br />Public Relations Costs means the reasonable and necessary costs for an Expert incurred to prevent or <br />reduce the effects of negative publicity that the Insured reasonably believes arises from an event triggering <br />the coverage and covered under this Policy. <br />Ransom Payment means any: <br /> <br />(A) reasonable and necessary costs incurred for an Expert to evaluate and respond to a Ransom Threat; <br />and <br />(B) monies (including digital currencies) paid by the Company in order to resolve or terminate a Ransom <br />Threat; <br />provided that the Company takes reasonable steps to mitigate any Ransom Threat. <br />Ransom Threat means a credible threat or connected series of threats, made by someone other than a <br />member of Management, to: <br />(A) execute any Cyber Attack; or <br />(B) disseminate, divulge, or improperly utilize any private information, Personally Identifiable Information <br />or Confidential Information stored in the Company Computer System; <br />unless monies (including digital currencies) are received from or on behalf of the Company. <br />Regulator means any official or appropriate public authority while acting in its regulatory capacity to enforce <br />Data Protection Legislation or any law or regulation regulating the safeguard of any Computer System. <br />Regulatory Claim means any: <br />(A) written request for information; <br />(B) written request to toll a statute of limitations; <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: ED55B3D5-BAD0-45B4-977B-F09C4091C16A
