He said if you ask them about this and break it <br /> down, it shows that if the respondent would use the service themselves, they say taxes but if they <br /> will not use the service, they say fees. <br /> Vice-Chair McKee asked if there is a city or county that relies more on fees. <br /> Ryan Murray said it is usually fees for sports leagues. He said that social services and <br /> arts, there are taxes used. <br /> Vice-Chair McKee said they use fees, but it is a very small number of services. He said <br /> he cannot imagine a community that provides most services with fees. <br /> Ryan Murray said that fees will usually not support programs long-term.
