2 <br /> Environmental Scan to inform a discussion of the County's mission statement, vision statement, <br /> core values and guiding principles, strategic priorities, and goal statements. That work session <br /> will be followed by an all-day County departments leadership session focused on creating <br /> strategic objectives to support the goals identified by the Board as well as performance and <br /> outcome measures to evaluate progress on the established goals and objectives. <br /> An initial draft of the Strategic Plan is anticipated to be completed by early November 2023.
