19 <br /> Commissioner Richards said that people who want to live in the county but cannot due to <br /> lack of affordable housing are not represented in the survey. She said that people who were <br /> surveyed already live here. <br /> Commissioner Greene said she took the survey and found that one question was puzzling. <br /> She said she has been in her house a long time and could afford it at the time. She said she <br /> answered it because she lives in the county. <br /> Vice-Chair McKee said that he is having a hard time wrapping his head around all the <br /> response compared to what he is hearing. He said there were fewer responses in the northern <br /> part of the county, so the concentration of responses in more expensive housing areas may affect <br /> the survey. <br /> Ryan Murray said that sometimes they find responses all over the board. He said that <br /> some of that is how it is defined. He said it will take a lot of discussion to boil down to what the <br /> responses are saying. He said the survey is one tool in the toolbox. He said that his perception <br /> is that the survey is interesting and that there are three main themes perked the ears of the <br /> residents. He said that others that are more familiar with the area, may have a different <br /> interpretation.
