2 <br /> 1 Environmental Scan to inform a discussion of the County's mission statement, vision statement, <br /> 2 core values and guiding principles, strategic priorities, and goal statements. That work session <br /> 3 will be followed by an all-day County departments leadership session focused on creating <br /> 4 strategic objectives to support the goals identified by the Board as well as performance and <br /> 5 outcome measures to evaluate progress on the established goals and objectives. <br /> 6 <br /> 7 An initial draft of the Strategic Plan is anticipated to be completed by early November 2023.
