General <br /> The Town Of Hillsborough accepts and will abide by the terms and conditions of Orange <br /> County's contract with Magellan Behavioral Health. - <br /> 2. Cavemen ee <br /> The Town of Hillsborough's permanent employees and their eligible dependents. <br /> 3. Period Covered <br /> The coverage will extend from July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2004 unless the County should <br /> terminate its EAR contract with Magellan Behavioral Health prior to this date. <br /> 4. Costs <br /> The annual EAP rate will be $1.54 per employee per month effective July 1, 2002. The <br /> estimated annual cost for Hillsborough's 80 employees is about$1,498 for the period July 1, <br /> 2002 through June 30, 2003. As agreed, the Town of Hillsborough will pay Orange County <br /> in full at the beginning of each fiscal year.
