It is understood and agreed that Impact Fire Services is NOT an insurer <br />and is NOT warranting or guaranteeing the adequacy, performance, or life expectancy of any structure, item, component, or system in the building. <br />Impact Fire Services expressly waives all warranties, including any warranty for fitness for a particular product, connected with its work or the systems <br />it implements, aside from those written warranties provided to the owner as a part of the contract for the work performed if any. Owner, on behalf of <br />itself and its agents and employees, hereby covenants and agrees to release Impact Fire Services and or its agents and employees from liability for <br />any damages due solely to the negligence or gross negligence of Impact Fire Services and/or its agents and employees, which damages relate to the <br />services performed for the Owner. <br />EXCLUSIONS: Any additional work not specifically listed within this proposal. No draining of low point drains other than at the time of service. <br />Overtime, after normal working hours, weekends, and/or holiday hours are not included. Any Fire Alarm and/or electrical work of any kind are not <br />included. Lift rental needed to perform the NFPA-25 code required internal pipe investigation and/or service work. Cutting out and/or replacing <br />sheetrock/hard ceilings/hard walls. Cutting of access panels.
