SCOPE OF WORK: Annual Sprinkler Inspections- (Test All Alarm & Supervisory Devices, Test all Components, Flow Tests, Visual Inspection of all Sprinkler Components, etc.) Semi-Annual Inspections- (Test All Alarm & Supervisory Devices, Perform Main Drain Test, Visual Inspection, etc.) Quarterly Inspections- (Visual Inspection of Components, Main Drain, Test Local Alarm if applicable, etc.) This Proposal Includes (1) Annual, (1) Semi-Annual, (2) Quarterly for 1 consecutive calendar year. The owner/owner's representative shall place alarm systems on test and restore upon completion of work. ______________________________________________________________________________________ Impact Fire Services proposes to provide the necessary labor, materials, and equipment to inspect the below system(s) at the frequency listed above. Other frequencies required per NFPA-25, such as monthly, three-year, five-year internal inspection, ten-year dry head testing, 20-year quick response head test, and 50-year standard response head test will be priced upon request. The price includes all AHJ Compliant upload fees for Sprinkler and Backflow Reports. All work will be performed by licensed and certified technicians. Within 10 business days of the conclusion of the inspection services, Impact Fire Services will provide the customer with a summarized report, which is intended for the customer to provide for submission to applicable agencies, such as the local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and/or insurance agencies. In addition, a quote for any necessary repairs will be provided at this time as well. All inspections are done based on the most current editions of NFPA as a guideline for the inspections and testing of fire equipment. Impact Fire Services cannot be held responsible for unknown or hidden damage prior to or during the inspection. Our scope of work is limited to the items listed below only. It is the customer's responsibility to provide personnel with the knowledge of the monitoring systems of the fire alarm systems and the ability to have this system put into test during the inspection and return to normal after all inspection is completed. From time to time, periodic maintenance and additional testing are required within all NFPA codes. The client's approval of any repairs or additional testing is needed to stay within compliance with local code requirements. Third-party uploads of the inspection reports are required in certain areas by the local authority having jurisdiction for record keeping of the reports. This upload process may result in a letter sent to the tenants or owners of the property from your local fire department showing any repairs needed. All services are performed by qualified personnel during normal work hours Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (excluding holidays) unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
