8 <br /> 1 funding plan linked to climate action plan strategies and is in the process of designing a climate <br /> 2 action plan dashboard that will display targets, progress, and key successes related to the plan's <br /> 3 implementation for the County's website. This dashboard will be included in the final CAP <br /> 4 presented to the Board in November. <br /> 5 <br /> 6 The draft Climate Action Plan will be presented to the community at a community symposium <br /> 7 event planned for September 6, 2023, and the public will be invited to submit feedback through <br /> 8 an on-line forum for 30 days. After the community feedback period ends, staff will evaluate and <br /> 9 incorporate feedback to produce the final climate action plan to present to the Board in November <br /> 10 2023. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 Amy Eckberg, Sustainability Coordinator reviewed the background information for the item <br /> 13 and thanked the various stakeholders who played a part in the development of this plan.
