Construction commenced in spring 1990 and was completed in <br /> January 1991. Watkins. Reverend Nicholson ordained his <br /> wife Bessie M. Nicholson, Ronald H. Brooks, Luther K. Brooks, Shirley Brooks Cates, Clifton L. Tinnon, <br /> and Gwendolyn B.
