<br />Siding – 6@ 10’ / 8’ (or 6@18’ here) <br /> <br />Corner board: SW bottom corner board needs repair: requires 1’ of beaded 1x6 <br /> <br /> <br />WEST ELEVATION <br /> <br />General note: did not inspect area above windows closely due to height, but no deterioration <br />was observed <br /> <br />First floor window: right hand or south: this window frame shows significant deterioration and <br />will require the following for repair: <br />Molding: special profile required: need two 6’ lengths milled from 1x2 stock; casing also <br />needs replacing, use 5/4 x 4 stock; required two 6’ lengths <br />Window sill: deteriorated and must be replaced; use high quality rot resistant wood <br />South or right-hand shutter: deteriorated, replace with new <br />North or left-hand shutter: ok condition (this is one that’s closed w/ birds nest) <br /> <br />First floor window: left-hand or north: this window frame and sill are in good condition, as are <br />the shutters. <br /> <br />Second floor windows: frames and casings and moldings seem OK. <br />Shutter: south window, south or right hand: has deteriorated upper stile that needs <br />repair; install a metal cap; north or left shutter is OK. <br /> <br />Siding on west elevation: there is extensive siding deterioration on this elevation from the level <br />of the second floor windows downward, requiring the complete replacement of a number of <br />boards as follows: <br />Lower area under windows: need two lengths: 10’ and 8’ <br />Right of windows: 3’, 5’ <br />Mid-section: 10’, 10’, 10’, 12’ <br />Left of upper windows: 6’ <br /> <br />Wood foundation vent on west elevation: remove and reinstall in the correct position <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: DBD2EFE8-88CD-4D9D-A348-8BEE2B4DB547
