All electronic signatures affixed hereto evidence the consent of <br />the Parties to utilize electronic signatures and the intent of the Parties to comply with <br />Article 11A and Article 40 of North Carolina General Statute Chapter 66. <br /> <br />j. The County and the Provider entered an agreement <br />January 14th, 2019 for Drug Treatment Case Management Software (“Original <br />Agreement”) for which the software in this current agreement is intended to replace as <br />an upgrade. As such, this agreement hereby terminates and supersedes that Original <br />Agreement.
