<br /> Page 1 of 8 <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT A <br /> <br />PURCHASED SERVICES – ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Product Annual Subscription Term/Notes Amount <br />AIMS Pretrial <br />(Upgrade from Ce Pretrial) <br />Annual Subscription dates 5/1/2023-4/30/2024. Pricing is per <br />user for 3 Users. <br />$4,550.00 <br />AIMS Specialty Court Annual Subscription dates 8/1/2023-7/31/2024. Pricing is <br />agency wide. <br />$4,723.68 <br /> <br />Services are limited for use by Orange County (NC) Pretrial Services. Subscription includes unlimited read-only licenses. <br /> <br /> <br />1.1 Term of Purchased User Subscriptions. User subscriptions purchased by County commence on the start date <br />specified and continue for the subscription term specified herein. All User subscriptions are subject to an annual 4% <br />annual price escalation, unless either party gives the other notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the <br />relevant subscription term. <br /> <br />1.2 Refund upon Termination. Upon any termination for cause by County, Provider shall refund County any prepaid <br />fees covering the remainder of the term of all subscriptions after the effective date of termination. <br /> <br />1.3 Return of County Data. Upon request by County made on or before the effective date of the expiration of County <br />subscriptions or within 30 days after any of termination of a Purchased Services subscription, Provider will make <br />available to County for download a file containing County Data in a MS SQL bacpac file along with attachments in their <br />native format. If Provider does not receive a timely request to provide County with a copy of County Data, Provider shall <br />have no obligation to maintain County Data and shall promptly thereafter, unless legally prohibited, delete all of County <br />Data in Provider systems or otherwise in Provider possession or under Provider control. <br /> <br />1.4 Additional Services: Additional mutually-agreed-to Professional Services and/or additional Projects (i.e., Data <br />Conversion, Interfaces with 3rd party systems) may be offered under a separate billable Work Order at a Time and <br />Materials rate of $225/hour (2023 pricing). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: DB3028D2-AD5E-4CCF-84B3-305C2A760199
