Check condition and cleanliness of condenser fan blades, motors, and coils (air cooled only.) <br /> <br /> 2. SEASONAL START-UP – May be performed concurrently with Annual Maintenance, or at a later <br />date mutually agreed upon between Southern Air and equipment owner. <br /> <br /> A. Start machine per manufacturer’s recommendations. <br /> B. Verify condition and correct operation of all flow switches, differential pressure switches, or other <br />external interlock safety controls. <br /> C. Check and record all operating voltages and amperages. <br /> D. Verify correct oil and refrigerant charges. Verify correct operating oil pressure. <br /> E. Verify design water flow and pressure drop across evaporator. Verify correct fan rotation, motor <br />voltage, current draw, and design airflow across condenser coil. (Air-cooled only). <br /> <br /> F. Verify proper calibration and control of all safety and operating devises. <br /> G. Verify correct programming and operating parameters of chiller control panel. <br /> H. Verify and adjust as required for design superheat and subcooling. <br /> I. Present copy of start-up log to owner with detailed explanation of findings. <br /> <br /> 3. OPERATING MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION – <br /> <br /> A. Observe operation of chiller. <br /> B.
