She said every dollar spent means it is not available for other needs, and believes it <br /> is good stewardship to ask the Sportsplex to pay the money back as they are able. She said the <br /> amendment calls for 20% to be paid back next fiscal year, and a plan will be made for the full <br /> amount to be paid back so Sportsplex operations are not interrupted. <br />
