The <br /> aforementioned payment of$400,000.00 shall occur prior to the Issuance of the[ertlficate of Occupancyfor <br /> the school p roposed as a tom po rent of MA22.0004. <br /> rT <br /> Patrick Byker said that for their first condition they worked with NCDOT and identified an <br /> area of inefficiency at 70 and Lawrence Road and then described the condition of adding turn <br /> lanes to Lawrence Road. He said in the event that NCDOT does not allow it, they will give <br /> $400,000 to Orange County for that purpose. <br />
