g Amendment to Ordinance and Resolution to Create a Recreation and Parks Advisory Council of <br />Oranae County -Second Readina <br />The Board will hold a second reading of an amendment to the Ordinance and Resolution to create a <br />Recreation and Parks Advisory Council. <br />9. ITEMS FOR DECISION -REGULAR AGENDA <br />a. No Fault Well Reoair Fund Policy (8:35-8:50) <br />The Board will consider a policy for administering the No Fault Well Repair Fund. <br />b. Reaulated Recyclable Materials Ordinance -Establish Three New Support Positions and Award <br />Eauioment Bids (8:50-9:05) <br />The Board will consider establishing three new full-time permanent positions and awarding bids for <br />equipment to support implementation of the Regulated Recyclable Materials Ordinance. <br />c. Resolution to Amend Ordinance Reaulatina Recyclable Materials (9:05-9:15) <br />The Board will consider adopting a resolution amending the Regulated Recyclable Materials Ordinance <br />approved by the Board in December 2001. <br />d. OWASA Conservation and Demand Manaaement Ordinance (9:15-9:30) <br />The Board will consider adopting a water conservation and demand ordinance affecting Orange Water and <br />Sewer Authority (OWASA) customers in unincorporated areas of the county. <br />Appointments (9:30-9:50) <br />e. Appointments to the Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee <br />The Board will consider two appointments to the Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee. <br />f. Status Report for Roaers Road Waterline Connections (9:50-10:00) <br />The Board will receive a report on the grant program for the funding of connections between eligible <br />properties and the main water line by the Orange Water and Sewer Authority in the Rogers Road neighborhood. <br />b. Update on Winmore Project and Associated Carrboro Land Use Ordinance Chanaes (10:00-10:15) <br />The Board will receive a report on issues related to the proposed Winmore project. <br />11. <br />12.
