ADDITIONS OR CHANGES TO THE AGENDA (7:30-7:35) <br />PUBLIC CHARGE <br />The Board of Commissioners pledges to the citizens of Orange County its respect. The Board asks its citizens <br />to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous manner, both with the Board and with fellow citizens. At any <br />time should any member of the Board or any citizen fail to observe this public charge, the Chair will ask the <br />offending person to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal control. Should decorum fail to be <br />restored, the Chair will recess the meeting until such time that a genuine commitment to this public charge is <br />observed. <br />2. Resolution Supportina the Trianale Greenprint <br />The Board will consider a resolution of support for the Triangle Greenprint "Regional Open Space <br />Assessment. <br />b. Resolution Reaardina Scrap Tire Disposal Proaram <br />The Board will consider a resolution urging the Orange County Legislative Delegation to support making <br />the existing 2 percent advance disposal tax for scrap tires permanent. <br />c. Proclamation for Heroes of 2001 Stamp Dav <br />The Board will consider a proclamation for Heroes 2001 Stamp Day. <br />6. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS (8:10-8:15) <br />a. ABC Report from Executive Director Dan Svkes <br />The Board will receive a report from the Orange County ABC Board Executive Director on alcohol sales <br />activities. <br />7. Annual Public Housina Aaencv (PHAI Plan -Section 8 Housina Proaram <br />The Board will hold a public hearing and consider approving the submission of the annual public housing <br />agency plan for the Orange County Housing Authority. <br />
